Salmon Kabob's

These salmon kebabs are an awesome and easy dish taking literally 10 mins or less on the Blackstone.



Ingredients

Dry seasoning

1 lb salmon cut into 1" pieces

Olive Oil

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp ground cumin

¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

2 lemons, very thinly sliced into rounds

1 tsp kosher salt

Vinaigrette

¼ cup olive oil

1 Juice of lemon

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

½ tsp oregano

2 tbsp honey



Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat griddle to low or 380-400 degrees. Cut lemon into thin slices. Cut Salmon into 1" cubes. Fill the skewers with salmon then folded lemon and repeat till all are on skewers. Mix the rest of the dry seasoning. Add some olive oil to the skewers and season with dry rub.

Step 2

2. Mix the vinaigrette ingredients and set aside. Drop some oil on the griddle and put down the skewers. Cook for about 2 minutes per side or around 140-150 degrees internal.

Step 3

3. When close to being done take a tablespoon of the vinaigrette and pour over the skewers. When done, remove from griddle and spoon vinaigrette over the skewers. Remove from skewers and enjoy
