Doritos chicken sandwich MIGHT be your new favorite!

I would put this sandwich up there in high ranks for sandwiches that we've made over the years. Now, I must say, it needs to be eaten fairly fresh, but don't worry, it's so good, you'll eat all of it! Full recipe here - https://www.thehungryhussey.com/post/doritos-chicken-sandwich 📒 Get your Free E-Book here - https://www.thehungryhussey.com/product-page/free-e-cookbook 🌡️ Free Meat Doneness Chart - https://www.thehungryhussey.com/product-page/meat-doneness-chart 🌡️ Free Griddle Temperature Chart - https://www.thehungryhussey.com/product-page/griddle-temperature-chart ♨️ Free Smoke Point Chart of Oils and Fats - https://www.thehungryhussey.com/product-page/smoke-point-of-oils-and-fats-chart Recipe here - Ingredients: 3 Chicken breasts -- boned and skinned 1 bag Doritos ( I use Cool Ranch but use your favorite) Breading Stations: 2 large eggs 1/2 cup Buttermilk 2 tbsp Hussey Heifer Dust, divided 2 cups flour peanut oil for frying 4 Potato Buns 8 slices cheddar cheese  sliced tomatoes shredded lettuce mayonnaise sliced red onion pickles Direction:  1. Preheat griddle to low/med. Bring temp to 350-400 degrees. 2. Start by taking chicken and cut off the tenderloin and then cut chicken breast in half where it starts tapering off. Butterfly the thick piece of chicken making 3 pieces of chicken per breast. 3. Put pieces of chicken in a gallon ziplock and pound till flat and even thickness. 4. Take 1/2 bag of Doritos and put into another gallon ziplock. Crush the Doritos  into manageable pieces for a coating. 5. Set up breading station. First add eggs, buttermilk and tbsp Heifer Dust. Second: Flour and tbsp Heifer Dust, and third: crushed Doritos. 6. Dredge chicken in the egg mixture then the flour mixture then back to egg mixture and finally in the crushed Doritos. When all the chicken is dredged, add some oil to the griddle and drop the chicken in the oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip when the chicken gets golden and add two slices cheddar cheese per chicken breast. 7. Put down the buns to toast. When toasted to your liking, add mayo then add lettuce and chicken breast. Top with tomato, onions and pickle. The other strips will be used to build the burger. Increase temp of griddle to medium to medium high. 2 - Get a large bowl and add ground beef, ranch seasoning, sour cream, cheese, Heifer Dust, and bacon. Mix well without trying to overly mix. 3 - Use ring molds and take about a 5.6oz portion and make a burger patty. 4 - Lay onto the bacon grease and pre-warmed griddle. Cook 2-3 mins on one side, then flip and then add the cheese to melt. Mongolian Beef that is better than take out!

Mongolian beef is one of my favorite dishes to order at a Chinese restaurant, but with prices of food getting crazy, make this at home for WAY cheaper and it's so EASY too! Marinate: 1/2 tbsp Shaohsing Rice Cooking Wine or white vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/8 tsp baking soda dash oil 1 tbsp water Sauce Ingredients: 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1/4 cup chicken broth 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp cornstarch Directions:  1. Cutting against the grain, cut meat into bite size pieces. Put meat in a bowl. Make marinate ingredients and pour over meat. Mix well. Let sit 10-15 minutes   2. Mix sauce ingredients and whisk until well mixed. Set aside. Cut green onions in 1" length using only the green part. Chop the white part of green onion and save for the beef.   3. Preheat griddle to high. Put down enough oil to shallow fry meat. Put cornstarch into a dredging bowl and coat all the meat on all sides. When hot add the beef down and shallow fry. Cook till there is a little crisp to the meat, 1-2 minutes per side. Remove meat from griddle and put on paper towels to drain.   4. Clean griddle of oil and then add a small amount of oil and put down the white part of the green onion. Add the chilis and cook till it is fragrant and the onions are a bit translucent. Add meat and mix until warmed back up. Add green onion and cook till softened just a bit.   5. Pour sauce over meat and mix well.
