Blackstone brought the Griddle Crew together in Logan, Utah, for a few days of cooking, learning, and cutting up—and I’m taking y’all behind the scenes! We toured Blackstone headquarters, met creators from all over, fired up the griddles and pizza ovens, and cooked enough food to feed a small army. There were walking tacos, Cajun crab tacos, pork chop martinis, hot dogs, mystery ingredients, and more than a few questionable decisions along the way. Trips like this are a good reminder that food is only part of what makes this community special. Getting together with folks who share the same passion, learning from one another, and making some memories is what it’s really about. A huge thank-you to Blackstone and the entire Griddle Crew for one heck of a time in Logan! And yes, I even tried black pudding.
