Marinated Griddle Chicken

Simple yet very tasty! This marinated griddled chicken will please all your family. Meal prep, weeknight meal, or just because this chicken is great.


3 boneless skinless chicken breasts


1/2 cup EVOO

1 Tbs salt

1 Tbs pepper

2-3 tsp garlic powder

2-3 tsp onion powder

2 tsp Wylers chicken powder

1 Tbs Italian seasoning

pinch of Xantham gum (optional)

Juice of 1-2 lemons



1. Mix marinade together. Take two chicken breasts and cut in half lengthwise to make 4 portions of chicken. Put chicken into a gallon size zip lock and pour marinade in the bag leaving a little marinade out for cooking. Let marinade for 1-2 hours or overnight.


2. Preheat griddle to medium heat. Put some oil down and then chicken. Cook 2-3 minutes and flip. Cook 2-3 minutes more and flip. Keep cooking and flipping until internal temp is 165 degrees. When done, pour reserved marinade over chicken and let cook another minute. When done, pull and enjoy.
