Amazing zucchini recipe you'll want to eat weekly!

Get ready for your new favorite zucchini recipe! Cooked on a Blackstone griddle, this dish is not only delicious but easy to make. You'll want to add this to your weekly menu rotation!Looking for an awesome zucchini dish for a meal.


4 zucchini or yellow squash, halved lengthwise and scored into an X

2 tbsp Hussey Heifer Dust

2 tbsp salt

3 tbsp Bacon Up

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2-3 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)


1. Preheat griddle to low. Take your Zucchini or yellow squash, or a combination of both, and slice lengthwise. Score the meat in an X score with a sharp knife.


2. Salt the Zucchini and yellow squash and let sit 10 minutes or longer to get the moisture out. After 10-15 minutes blot with a paper towel to remove the moisture.


3. Drizzle some olive oil over zucchini and yellow squash and season with Heifer Dust. Put some bacon up or butter on griddle and add vegetables cut side down. Leave for around 5-6 minutes undisturbed so the flesh can char, then flip, dome them and cook another 5-6 minutes. If you see moisture building up flip again and let cook a few more minutes.


4. When done, pull off the griddle and add a touch of salt and drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
