3 Easy Rotisserie Chicken Recipes

Come check out these three amazing recipes using a rotisserie chicken. We're doing a chicken salad, chicken cheesesteak, and a creamy chicken pasta that will truly amaze you and others!



Ingredients

Chicken Salad:

1 rotisserie chicken

1 honey crisp apple

2 stalk celery chopped

½ yellow onion, diced

¼ cup walnuts chopped

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp sugar

salt & pepper

4 croissant

Creamy chicken Pasta:

1 lb spaghetti cooked according to package directions

1 rotisserie chicken

1 red bell pepper seeded and chopped

½ yellow onion, peeled and chopped

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

1 tbs black pepper freshly ground

Chicken Cheesesteak:

1 rotisserie chicken all meat removed and chopped

3 cups frozen onion pepper blend vegetables

4 sub rolls

8 slices provalone cheese

8 slices mozzarella cheese

Heifer Dust



Directions

Step 1

1. Chicken Salad:

Step 2

2. Preheat griddle to low. Remove the meat from the chicken and dice into small pieces making sure to keep the skin. Put in a medium bowl. When griddle is heated, add the chicken skin to the griddle.

Step 3

3. While the skin is crisping up, dice the apple and onion and add to the bowl of chicken. Add chopped walnuts to bowl.

Step 4

4. Add mayo, apple cider vinegar and sugar to the bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Cut croissant and put mayo on both sides. Put on griddle and toast lightly. Take off griddle and fill with chicken salad and top with chicken skin.

6. Creamy Chicken Pasta:

7. Preheat griddle to low. Cut up pepper and onion. Put some butter down and add onions and pepper and sweat veggies. Chop up chicken and add to the peppers and onion and mix.

8. Add pre cooked pasta to the griddle and mix well. Add heavy whipping cream and parmesan to the pasta mixture and mix. Add pepper and garnish with parsley and more parmesan.

9. Chicken Cheesesteak:

10. Preheat griddle to low. Add butter and put 3 piles of pepper onion blend down, the size of the bun. While cooking, slice sub rolls and put mayo or butter on cut side. Toast on griddle lightly.

Step 11

11. When veggie's are cooked, add a layer of chicken and two slices of provalone and mix together. Season with heifer dust

Step 12

12. Add two slices of mozzarella cheese to the top of each stack of chicken. Form the size of the bun and after adding more mayo put bun on chicken. Get a spatula under the whole thing and flip over.
