5.      Add cheese, chicken mixture, more cheese, and fold.

6.      Cook until golden on both sides and cheese is melted before slicing.

·        2 pouches (8.8 oz / 250 g each) microwave jasmine rice

·        1 cup (140 g) cooked chicken

·        1 cup (125 g) frozen peas & carrots

·        1/2 cup peppers & onions

·        2 eggs

·        Sauce: 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine (or rice vinegar), 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon, 1/2 tsp MSG (optional), 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

15.   Cook vegetables and rice.

16.   Scramble eggs separately.

17.   Combine chicken and vegetables.

18.   Pour sauce into a well on the griddle and let it reduce briefly.

19.   Mix everything together and finish with sesame oil.

23.   Add spinach, dressing, garlic and marinara.
