Crack Burgers

These Crack Burgers might be your new addictive burger obsession!


  • 1 lb bacon

  • 1.5lbs 80/20 ground chuck

  • 3 tablespoon sour cream

  • 2-3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 2 teaspoons Hussey's Heifer Dust

  • 6 slices American Cheese

  • 6 Potato Rolls

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Onion

  • Pickles

  • Duke's Mayonnaise


  1. Cook 1lb bacon on a pre-warmed griddle to your liking. Chop1/3 cup of the bacon and set aside. Slide the rest of the bacon to the side to keep warm for building the burger. Increase temp of griddle to medium to medium high.

  2. Get a large bowl and add ground beef, ranch seasoning, sour cream, shredded cheese, Heifer Dust, and chopped bacon. Mix well without trying to overly mix.

  3. Use ring molds and take about a 5-6oz portion and make a burger patty.

  4. Lay onto the bacon grease and pre-warmed griddle. Cook 2-3 mins on one side, then flip and then add the cheese to melt. While cheese is melting, toast the buns and add ample amount of Dukes Mayonnaise.

  5. Assemble your burger with lettuce, burger, bacon, tomato, onion, and pickles.

  6. Enjoy!
