Cuban Sliders

Looking for a slider recipe that will impress your guests, this is one here. These cuban pork sliders are easy and



Ingredients

Marinade:

1 cup orange juice

1 Zest and juice of lime

1 /2 cup olive oil

1 tsp cumin

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 /2 tsp pepper

4 cloves garlic cloves, crushed

1 /4 cup chopped cilantro

1 Tbs oregano

1 package of King's Hawaiian rolls

Mustard

Pickles

1 /2 lbs Sliced deli ham

1 /2 lbs Pork tenderloin

Butter

Swiss Cheese

Directions

Step 1

1 First trim and cut pork tenderloin into 1/4" slices. Add to a gallon ziplock and pound thin. Add marinate and marinate for an hour or hour and a half.

Step 2

2 Preheat griddle and while it is heating, cut the rolls in half lengthwise. Add mustard to both sides. Then add swiss cheese to both sides in a single layer. Add pickles in a single layer followed by the ham.

Step 3

3 Turn off half of the griddle and add butter. Put the roll bottoms on the butter and let heat and melt the cheese. While that is warming, add the marinated pork to the other side of the griddle and cook to 145 degrees. Put the pork on top of the ham and add the top roll. Use a press to get everything to come together. At this point, butter the top roll and flip so the top roll is downside on the griddle. Add the press back on and cook till everything is hot and melted. Cut into 12 rolls and enjoy
