Pumpkin French Toast

This pumpkin french toast recipe on the Blackstone griddle is a perfect and easy fall breakfast dish for your friends and family. Used a nice brioche loaf for the bread and then a nice pumpkin mixture to dip it in. Dang it boys and girls, it's some good groceries.

Whipped butter:

1 stick unsalted butter softened

1 /3 cup pumpkin puree

3 Tbs honey or syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 /2 tsp cinnamon

1 /2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

French toast:

1 loaf brioche Bread

4 large eggs 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

1 /2 cup pumpkin puree

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

3 Tbs powdered sugar (more to taste or white sugar)

Butter for griddle.

Step 1

1 In a stand mixer or a hand held mixer, mix the whipped butter ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2

2 Mix the French toast ingredients minus the bread and mix well. Heat the griddle to low and melt butter on the griddle. Dip bread in the mixture and make sure all the bread is soaked. Put on griddle and cook low heat until browned. Turn and do the same on the other side.

Step 3

3 When done, add butter and syrup. Enjoy
