Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. 80/20 ground chuck

  • Hussey's Fiesta Dust

  • Hussey's Heifer Dust

  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese

  • 6 slices American cheese

  • 6 taco flour tortillas

  • 6 taco corn tortillas

  • Kinder Burger sauce

  • chopped onions

  • chopped lettuce

  • pickles

  • sour cream

  • pickled jalapenos

Directions:

1. Preheat griddle to low.

2. Split the ground chuck down the middle and separate. Take one section of meat and sprinkle liberally with Fiesta Dust. Take the other section of meat and sprinkle liberally with Heifer Dust. Once seasoned, break off in about 2-3 oz balls keeping the different seasoning separate.

3. When all prepped, turn heat up on middle two burners to medium. Take one ground chuck ball and put it in the middle of the tortillas. Put meat side down and cover with tortilla. Using a smasher, smash the tortilla down on top of the ball of meat. The meat will spread out and cover the tortilla.

4. Cook for about 30 seconds to a minute and flip. Add Pepper Jack Cheese to the Fiesta Dust tortillas and add American cheese to the Heifer Dust tortillas. Crisp up on the second side. Remove to the cutting board and cook the rest of the meat using both corn and flour tortillas for each.

5. Once done, add some burger sauce to the Heifer Dust tacos followed by lettuce, onions and pickles. Post dust with Heifer Dust. For the Fiesta Dust tacos add some sour cream, lettuce, pickled jalapenos and some avocado. Post dust the Fiesta tacos with more Fiesta Dust

Tip:

You can go crazy on the toppings. Mix and match with topping you like. The sky is the limit on what to add to make them yours.
