Tomahawk Ribeye

4 pound Ribeye, Tomahawk style

Hussey's Heifer Dust

1 /2 tsp salt 2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic


Step 1

1 Preheat griddle to Med Low or around 415 degrees. Pre brine the Tomahawk with about 1/4 teaspoon of salt per side and let sit.

Step 2

2 Liberally apply Heifer Dust to both sides of Tomahawk and let sit and sweat with seasoning on. Put some oil down and put Tomahawk down in the middle of the griddle. Flip every minute and a half until the internal temp reaches your desired donenss (between 125 and 130)

Step 3

3 When it gets to around 115 degrees, put butter and garlic down and baste steak. Pull at your desired temp and let sit a few minutes. Slice and add some more Heifer Dust and serve.
