Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

Cooking breakfast on the Blackstone griddle is one of best things. We love cooking up bacon and placing that on a bagel, so I thought why not do it up a little more and add an egg, everything seasoning, and a tomato on it! Yes! We like putting the everything seasoning in the cream cheese then spreading on the cut bagel.


3 Bagel of choice

3 oz whipped cream cheese (from an 8 ounce container)

2 tbsp Everything seasoning

18 slices Bacon

1 Tomato, sliced thin

6 large Egg




Step 1

1. Preheat griddle to low. Mix cream cheese and everything seasoning together and set aside. Slice tomato and set aside.

Step 2

2. Put bacon down and cook till your liking and move to the side to keep warm. When done, turn griddle off to cool down for toasting bagels and eggs. Move some bacon grease to other side and add some butter.Put down bagels down cut side down and toast.

Step 3

3. Add more butter down in middle for eggs. If griddle has cooled, turn burners back on low. Put eggs down and cook to your liking adding salt and pepper. Flip bagels over and toast the other side. While on the uncut side, smear cream cheese on top of cut side. Next, put 2-3 slices of bacon per bagel side. Add a piece of tomato on top of the bacon putting some salt on tomato.

Step 4

4. When eggs are cooked to your liking, add egg to each bagel. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and enjoy these open faced sandwiches.
