Ingredients
Chicken:
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
olive oil
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper
Italian seasoning Alfredo Sauce:
1 stick butter
2 cups heavy cream
1 block (8oz) cream cheese, cubed
8 oz Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 lb Linguine or Spaghetti
Directions
Step 1
1 Pound chicken thin. add olive oil then all the spices. Cook on the griddle at 425 2-3 minutes per side or until 165 degrees. Pull off and chop into cubes.
Step 2
2 Meanwhile, cook linguine to package directions.
Step 3
3 Melt a stick of butter in a span over low/med heat. Add heavy whipping cream and a block of cream cheese that has been cubed. Add parmesan, garlic powder and onion powder and let simmer. If it is too loose, add parmesan until desired consistency.
Step 4
4 Add linguine to a bowl. Top with Alfredo sauce and then chopped chicken.
