Fried Potatoes and Sausage

Love some smoked sausage. I love some potatoes (taters). So combine those with some onion and peppers, and you got one heck of a meal. Quick and easy for sure and you can do it on your Blackstone or inside on your stove.


3 potatoes (par cooked in microwave)

1 package (16 oz) smoked sausage

1 small onion, chopped

½ red pepper, chopped

½ yellow pepper, chopped



Lawry's seasoning



Step 1

1. Preheat griddle to medium. Microwave potatoes around 3 minutes and then cube.

Step 2

2. Add some oil to griddle and add potatoes. Add onion to another spot and peppers next to onion. Add a tablespoon of butter to the peppers and onion and add salt & pepper. Season potatoes with Lawry's and some pepper. Mix onion and peppers together and then move to the side of griddle.

Step 3

3. Add sausage to the griddle and cook through mixing as it cooks. When potatoes are done to your liking, If needed add some water and cover to steam. While they finish cooking, mix the onion, peppers and sausage together and mix well. Finish cooking the potatoes and try one and season as needed. Once cooked, mix everything together.
