Guaca Chicken

Chicken, guacamole, and cheese, oh man, what a recipe for yumminess! This recipe is easy to make on a weeknight or weekend. Making the guacamole is the most difficult item I'd say, but if you want, buy store bought if you like it.

1 /4 cup olive oil

½ Juice of big lemon or 1 whole

1 tsp salt

1 /2 tsp pepper

1 /2 tsp garlic powder

1 /2 tsp onion powder

3 /4 tsp chili powder

1 /4 tsp cumin

1 /4 tsp coriander

dash dried oregano

1 /4 tsp Wylers chicken powder

3 chicken breasts

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese of your choice

Step 1

1 Cut chicken breasts in half. Mix marinade ingredients and put chicken and marinade in a gallon ziplick. Let marinate at least an hour.

Step 2

2 Put chicken on griddle at 400 degrees and cook thoroughly, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from griddle and slice. Put back on griddle and add shredded cheese and let melt. When cheese is melted, remove and add guacamole.

Step 3

3 You can also fry up some tortilla until crisp and cut in quarters for a bread chips.
