Chicken, guacamole, and cheese, oh man, what a recipe for yumminess! This recipe is easy to make on a weeknight or weekend. Making the guacamole is the most difficult item I'd say, but if you want, buy store bought if you like it.
Ingredients
Marinade:
1 /4 cup olive oil
½ Juice of big lemon or 1 whole
1 tsp salt
1 /2 tsp pepper
1 /2 tsp garlic powder
1 /2 tsp onion powder
3 /4 tsp chili powder
1 /4 tsp cumin
1 /4 tsp coriander
dash dried oregano
1 /4 tsp Wylers chicken powder
Chicken:
3 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
Guacamole
Directions
Step 1
1 Cut chicken breasts in half. Mix marinade ingredients and put chicken and marinade in a gallon ziplick. Let marinate at least an hour.
Step 2
2 Put chicken on griddle at 400 degrees and cook thoroughly, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from griddle and slice. Put back on griddle and add shredded cheese and let melt. When cheese is melted, remove and add guacamole.
Step 3
3 You can also fry up some tortilla until crisp and cut in quarters for a bread chips.
