Huge Texas Style Beef Ribs




You've all seen the pictures and videos of these monster ribs people are eating. Man, they look awesome and they're mighty tasty too!


Also known as brisket on a stick. I like to cook these because they take about half the time to cook AND taste like brisket!




Ingredients:

  1. Plate ribs (either 3 or 4 bone)

  2. Binder (optional) - mustard, oil, wash your sister sauce, etc

  3. Your favorite rub
