Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops


6 Pork Chops


1 /2 cup Panko

1 /2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

1 /2 cup flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper 1 tsp Loury's seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Egg Wash:

2 large eggs

1 /4 cup milk


Step 1

1 Mix coating ingredients in a shallow bowl or pie plate. In a separate bowl, mix egg wash ingredients.

Step 2

2 Heat griddle to 350-375. Add oil to griddle. Dip pork chop in egg wash and then coat with coating and put on griddle. Let cook for 3-5 minutes and check for browning on the coating. When a golden brown, flip and cook other side. When chops are 140-145, they are done
