Smoked Sausage and Sauerkraut Bombs

Easy appetizer or even a meal here with these smoked sausage and kraut bombs ya'll. Some smoked sausage, kraut, swiss cheese and a quick sauce makes these so dang good!


1 package Smoked sausage of your choice.

1 can Sauerkraut of your choice

6 slices Swiss cheese

1 Sauce: 1/2 cup mayo

2 3 Tbs ketchup

2 Tbs sweet salad cubes


Step 1

1 Start pre heating griddle to 350. Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2

2 Slice the sausages doen the middle lengthwise but do hot cut all the way through. Put some oil on griddle and put down sausages cut side down. Weight them down to get a good contact patch. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

3 When you flip them, add sauerkraut to the cut side. Add a piece of Swiss cheese and dome to melt the cheese. When melted, add some sauce and enjoy.
