Crack Slaw with Dumplings

If you love egg rolls, stir fry, and easy griddle meals, this one’s for you. Today I’m making Crack Slaw with Dumplings on the Blackstone griddle — all the flavors of an egg roll in a bowl, but leveled up with crispy, steamed dumplings right on the flat top. No chopping cabbage, no homemade dumplings, no stress. Just good groceries. This is one of those easy weeknight meals that looks fancy, tastes unreal, and comes together fast. Frozen dumplings, bagged coleslaw mix, a simple homemade stir fry sauce, and a buttery yum yum sauce to finish it off. You can even skip the rice if you want — I’ll tell you straight, it’s optional. If you’re cooking on a Blackstone griddle (or any flat top), this is a must-try recipe. Let’s get after it.

Ingredients:
6 green onions chopped
1 bag 3 color Cole slaw mix
1 bag mini wonton's pork and vegetable dumplings
2 packages Veetee Thai Jasmine Rice or use day old rice
Sriracha sauce
Sesame Seeds
Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp Hussey's Chicken Dust
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Yum Yum Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup half and half
1 tbsp butter melted
1 pinch salt
1 splash rice wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle to low. Chop the green onion. Save for the greenery.

2. Mix sauce ingredients together in a small container and set aside. Mix ingredients for Yum Yum sauce together and set aside.

3. Put down some avocado oil on the griddle. Add the mini wontons to the griddle. Add the Cole slaw mix next to the wonton's and put green onion on top of the Cole slaw mix. Mix together. Add some water to the frozen wonton's and put dome over them to steam.

4. Put down the rice next to the Cole slaw mix. Break up and mix well. Add some water to the rice to break up better.

5. Check the dumplings and mix up. Cover back up and let them finish cooking. Mix the cabbage and mix in with the rice. When the dumplings are done, mix with the cabbage and rice. Mix well.

6. Make a well in the slaw and pour in the sauce. Let reduce slightly and mix everything together.

7. When mixed together and hot, remove to a plate or a bowl and drizzle with Yum Yum sauce then Sriracha sauce if desired. Top with more green onions and sesame seeds
