Steak Fajitas



Ingredients

1 pound Denver steak/Skirt steak

Hussey's Heifer Dust

2 lime, juiced

1 green bell pepper seeded and sliced

1 onion sliced

1 red bell pepper seeded and sliced

5 Flour tortillas

Pico

shredded lettuce

Cilantro lime crema



Directions

Step 1

1 Preheat griddle to 375 or med. Season steak liberally with Heifer Dust. Add juice of half a lime to the meat. Let sit 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

2 Put some oil down and put veggie's down and cook adding some Heifer Dust to season veggie's. When done, remove to cool side of griddle and keep warm. Add some lime juice at the end.

Step 3

3 Add meat and cook about two minutes and flip. When cooked, remove to a cutting board. Put veggie's on cutting board.

Step 4

4 Put tortillas on the griddle to warm up. flip after a couple of minutes. Slice meat thin against the grain at an angle.Once cut, add some more Heifer Dust and juice from half a lime.

Step 5

5 To make the Fajitas, add some meat to the tortilla. Add some veggie's, Pico, lettuce, lime juice and cilantro lime crema,
