Ingredients:
2 cups leftover turkey
1 tbsp green chilis
1 tbsp Hussey Fiesta seasoning
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
juice of 1/2 lime
6 corn tortillas (about 6 inches)
Bacon up or oil
Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
1/2 tsp Hussey Fiesta seasoning
1/2 tsp chipolte w/ adobo sauce
juice of 1/2 lime
Directions:Â
1. Chop turkey into bite size pieces and add to a bowl. Add green chilis, fiesta seasoning, cheese and juice of 1/2 lime. Mix all together.

2. On a preheated griddle to low, put tortillas down for a a minute to warm up to make them plyable. When warm, remove from griddle and take a heaping tablespoon full of turkey mixture and put just off set middle and roll up. Use a toothpick to seal them.

3. Put some bacon up or oil on griddle and put taquitos down seam side down and cook 2-3 minutes. While cooking, make your sauce.

4. Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside. Flip Taquitos and cook other side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Pull toothpick out as they are sealed up.

5. Put on plate and serve with sauce.
