Beef Bulgogi

This easy make at home beef bulgogi is a great recipe that can me made in no time. The marinade is really the hardest part. The Blackstone griddle makes this really simple.


2 lbs ribeye or NY strip (can use flank)

1 /4 cup soy sauce

2 Tbs brown sugar

1 tsp garlic and sesame oil

1 Tbs rice wine vinegar OR white vinegar

3 cloves garlic

1 tsp ginger paste

1 - 2 green onions

dash of salt and pepper

dash of fish oil

For heat add red pepper flake or gochujang


Step 1

1 Slice steak very thin and set aside. Mix all other ingredients and marinate meat for at least one hour.

Step 2

2 Put meat on griddle at 400-410 degrees and cook till done. Serve with rice or fried rice
