If there’s one thing the Blackstone griddle does better than just about anything, it’s breakfast. In this video, I show you how to cook a full breakfast spread on ONE griddle. We’re talking bacon, sausage links, sausage patties, crispy hash browns, biscuits on the Blackstone (yep), homemade gravy, thick fluffy pancakes, plus eggs two ways: sunny side up and scrambled.
The real trick isn’t fancy gear. It’s all about griddle zone management and cooking in the right order. You don’t want to be chasing bacon around like it owes you money. I’ll walk you through heat control, timing, keeping food warm, and how to pull it all together into a “dang meal for a king.” This is perfect even on a cold, snowy day. If you’re trying to feed the family or a small army without dirtying 20 pans on the stove, this one’s for you.

Ingredients
1 lb. bacon
1 package sausage patties
1 package sausage links
1 tube (8 count) biscuits
1 package (32oz) Simply Potatoes hash browns, thawed
1 box Krusteaz pancake mix
4 cups milk, divided
3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter, divided
6 large eggs
Directions
Preheat your griddle to low, around 300-350°F. Place the bacon on one side of the griddle. Add some oil or bacon grease to the other side and put down the biscuits. Cover them up. Turn off the burner under the biscuits and check every 2-3 minutes.
Put the sausage patties and links on the griddle. Add a generous amount of oil to an empty spot and add the hash browns. Spread them out as much as possible.
Check the biscuits and add some bacon grease if they look dry. Cover them again and let them cook for another 2 minutes. Roll the sausage links and flip the patties. Flip the bacon and cook it to your liking.
While everything is cooking, mix up the pancake batter. Combine about 2 cups of pancake mix with 1-2 cups of milk. Whisk it together. If it’s too thick, add more milk. If it’s too thin, add more mix. Set it aside.
Once the bacon is cooked, move it to a cooler side of the griddle to keep warm. Flip the biscuits and cook them on the other side. Move the sausages to the other side to make room. When they’re cooked through, move them to the side with the bacon. Flip the hash browns.
Make room for an aluminum pan and add about 3 tablespoons of bacon grease. Add the flour and mix to create a roux. Pour in 3 cups of milk and stir. Let it cook until it thickens. Season the gravy with Heifer Dust. Check the hash browns and flip them if necessary. Check the biscuits and cook them until they reach 202°F.
Move all the cooked food to one side of the griddle or to the top where it will stay warm. In the middle of the griddle, put down 1-2 tablespoons of butter and then add the pancake batter. Cook the pancakes for about 1-2 minutes and flip them. Cook the other side and move them to a cooler side of the griddle. Clean the middle of the griddle and turn off the two middle burners. Add a little water to clean off the oil and grime. Lower the temperature to around 300°F and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Crack 3 eggs onto the griddle and cook them to your liking. For the other 3 eggs, whisk them in a bowl. Add more butter to the griddle and pour in the whisked eggs. Turn the two middle burners back on low and scramble the whisked eggs while cooking the sunny side up eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste, plate it all up, and enjoy!
Conclusion
Cooking a full breakfast spread on a Blackstone griddle is not only efficient but also a lot of fun. With a little practice, you can master the art of griddle cooking. This meal is perfect for family gatherings or just a cozy breakfast at home. So, gather your ingredients, fire up that griddle, and let’s get cooking!
