Chicken wings on the griddle is always a controversy. Many say that they shouldn't be on a griddle and some say they love them on the griddle. I think they have a place on the griddle.
Ingredients
seasoned salt
cornstarch
1 st recipe:
1 /2 bottle Sweet Baby Rays wing sauce
1 /4 cup honey (and maybe a little more)
1 /2 stick butter
Crack pepper.
2 nd Recipe
1 /2 stick butter
6 cloves garlic clove, crushed
1 /4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Chopped flat leaf parsley
Ranch Dressing:
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 packet ranch dressing, dry
Directions
Step 1
1 Pat wings dry and place in fridge to dry out. Up to 24 hrs.
Step 2
2 Season with Lawry's Season Salt
Step 3
3 Dust with cornstarch
Step 4
4 Cook wings on griddle at 375 degrees till your desired done ness, mine is around 180 degrees.
Step 5
5 For first recipe, mix ingredients in a pan on low to medium heat till hot. Add chicken wings and mix well.
Step 6
6 For second recipe, make a well with the chicken wings and add ingredients to the well. Stir and mix wings until al wings are coated
Step 7
7 Mix ranch ingredients and serve with the wings.
