Easy Chicken, Rice and Green Beans Recipe on the Blackstone Griddle

An entire meal in one place!!!


  • Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts (thin sliced)

  • 2-3 tablespoons oil (avocado/olive oil)

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • 1-2 cups grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Heifer Dust

  • Green Beans

  • 1 lb fresh green beans

  • 1 tablespoon Bacon Up

  • 1 teaspoon Heifer Dust

  • 2-3 oz unsalted chicken broth/stock (for steaming)

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Rice

  • 1-2 bags ready rice (Roasted Chicken)

  • 2 oz chicken stock

  • 1 tablespoon butter


  1. Preheat the griddle on a low heat.

  2. Set up a couple plates, one with the chicken on it, one for the parmesan, and one for the completed chicken cutlets.

  3. Oil the chicken breasts and season with Hussey's Heifer Dust, Italian seasoning, and then lay into the parmesan cheese mixture. Sit on to a plate.

  4. Time to cook the beans first, they'll take a while. Add bacon up to the griddle then add the green beans to that. Season with Heifer Dust. Add some chicken stock for steam and flavor. Let cook for 2-3 mins under a dome. Repeat this step until they're done to your liking.

  5. Add some cooking oil to the middle of the griddle. Lay the chicken breasts onto the oil and cook 2-3 mins on each side until done.

  6. For the rice, add a small amount of oil down and add the rice. Put some chicken stock onto the griddle and breakup the rice well. Just want to heat this through well.

  7. Plate this up to your family and let them pat you on the back. You've done well!
