Egg in a hole


4 slices Bread

4 large eggs

3 tbsp butter

Blackstone Lumberjack seasoning


Step 1

1 Preheat griddle to low. Take a biscuit cutter or glass and cut a hole in the middle of the bread.

Step 2

2 Put down a liberal amount of butter and put bread down. Let bread cook just a bit and put an egg in the hole. Season with some Blackstone's Lumber Jack seasoning and cook till bread is golden. Flip and cook on the other side till golden and egg is to your liking
