When going out to eat, we love some hot chips with some ranch dressing (redneck ketchup). I thought about doing a dish with these chips and make them into something elaborate, but I thought first, let's go simple and easy, and that's what's here. The Blackstone parmesan ranch seasoning added a nice touch as well.
Ingredients
4 russet potatoes
Frying oil
Blackstone Parmesan ranch seasoning
Salt
Directions
Step 1
1 Take the potatoes and cut them into thin slices ( use a mandolin if you have). Heat griddle to 350 and put a liberal amount of oil down. Put chips down in a single layer.
Step 2
2 Cook for 2-3 minutes and check for crispness. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes. When done, put in a large bowl and add salt and parmesan ranch seasoning and mix well
