Hot Dog Tacos

I'm not sure if this is a taco or a hot dog, but I'll call it a hot dogco! This hotdog in a hard taco shell was a real good combination. This hotdog collaboration from Mr. Homeowner was a lot of fun. Thanks Rob!

Ingredients:

3 Hard taco shells

3 All beef hot dogs

3 strips Bacon

Holy Guacamole

1/2 onion thinly sliced

1 Jalapenos, sliced

6 oz Sour cream w/juice of a lime

Chipotle powder

Cilantro, Chopped

1/4 cup Milk

1/2 pound Velveeta cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat griddle to low/med. Add a pan to one side of griddle and add milk. Let milk heat up.

2. Wrap a piece of bacon around each hot dog and put on the griddle. Put a little oil on a different part of the grill and put down onions and peppers and add some salt. Sauté for several minutes. Start putting some cheese in the milk and let melt. Keep adding cheese till thick.

3. Flip hot dogs and let cook on the other side. Keep flipping until all sides are crisp. When veggie's are about done add some chipolte powder and mix.

4. When everything is done, turn off all burners and add taco shells to air fryer to warm up.

5. To build, remove the shells from air fryer. Put on a cutting board on the griddle and add a good amount of guacamole to the shells. Next, put a bacon wrapped hot dog in the shell. Next put some onions and peppers on top of the hot dog followed by a drizzle of the cheese. Drizzle with sour cream and garnish with cilantro.
