Turkey Sliders

If you're looking for quick and easy holiday leftover recipes, look no further! In this video, we'll show you three quick and easy holiday leftover recipes on a Blackstone Griddle.


Cranberry Mayo:

1 cup cranberry sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise


1 lb leftover Turkey

1 package  Hawaiian rolls

3 tbsp butter

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Hussey Heifer Dust

6 slices provolone cheese

6 slices Havarti Cheese


1. Preheat griddle to low. Mix sauce ingredients together. Slice Kings Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Slice turkey into thin slices.


2. In a small cast iron pot put on the griddle, add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard and Heifer Dust. Let melt then mix.


3. Take cranberry mayo and put on both the upper and lower Hawaiian rolls (cut side). Add sliced cheese then layer turkey on top of cheese. Put roll top on. Brush some butter mixture from the pot on griddle on griddle and put down the sliders. When on griddle brush the top of sliders with butter mixture. If you have a press, put on top of sliders.


4. Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Flip, add more butter and remove from griddle.
