Yakisoba Japanese Stir Fry


1 ½ lbs chicken breast (can use thighs too)

1 yellow onion

3 green onions chopped

1 red bell pepper

½ cup of shredded cabbage

½ cup of shredded carrots

16 oz Ready to Wok wheat noodles

1 cup bean sprouts


2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp oyster sauce

4 tbsp worcestershire

2 tsp sugar


Step 1

1. First start by mixing the sauce ingredients well and set aside. Next, cut up chicken into bite size pieces and season with salt and pepper. Pre Heat griddle to low (425)and put down some oil.

Step 2

2. Put down your vegetables on griddle and mix well. Put chicken down on other side of griddle and cook for several minutes. Flip and cook till done, 160 degrees internal. Meanwhile, add some oil to middle of griddle and put down the noodles. Add some chicken stock to vegetables and noodles. When cooked, add everything together and mix well. Cook for a minute or so on each side. Cut griddle off and add sauce. Mix well.

Step 3

3. Remove from griddle, garnish with green onions and enjoy.
