Spray with some oil and add some Heifer dust to the Bok Choy and continue cooking until the second side is charred. When almost done drizzle some glaze over the Bok Choy then add a tsp of apple cider vinegar.
4. Add glaze the chicken as it starts finishing up making sure to save some glaze for the presentation. Remove the Bok Choy and chicken when chicken is at 185 internal. On a platter, add chicken and Bok Choy. Garnish chicken with more glaze, white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
