Breakfast sausage eggs and cheese



Ingredients

1 pound breakfast sausage

6 Large eggs , lightly beaten

4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese

1 /4 cup half & half or milk 4 tbsp butter (no substitutes)

1 /2 tsp salt

1 /4 tsp pepper



Directions

Step 1

1 Preheat griddle to medium. When hot, put down sausage and break up and cook.

Step 2

2 While sausage is cooking, mix six eggs and add 2 tablespoons of half and half or milk. Mix well. When sausage is almost done, turn off middle burners so eggs don't scorch. When done, add four pats of butter and mix till melted.

Step 3

3 Spread out sausage and add eggs to the sausage and let the eggs cook. Flip once and add cheese and melt.

Step 4

4 While cheese melts, add toast and or tortillas to the griddle to heat or toast up. When cheese melts, remove and enjoy
