5 slices ready cooked bacon chopped
25 pieces mini peperoni
5 tbsp pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)

4. Put some oil down on the griddle and put down the pizza dough. Put down the bacon to warm up. Cook dough until cooked half way through and golden on bottom. Move the pizza dough to the bottom of griddle.
Â
5. While dough is cooking on the other side, put down 5 mini pepperoni and a slice of chopped bacon in front of each pizza dough. Add an ounce of mozzarella cheese to the top of the pepperoni and let melt.
Â
6. Flip the pizza dough and add 1 tbsp of sauce to each pizza dough. Take the dough and flip it on the cheese. Let sit a minute to melt everything. Flip over so the cheese is now on top. Let cook until the bottom is golden and crispy.
