Chicken Pasta


2 lbs Chicken

8 oz Penne Pasta (cooked aldente)

1 /2 cup Onions

1 /2 jar Red peppers

1 /2 bag Fresh spinach leaves

4 tbsp Parmesan cheese Half bottle Olive garden dressing

2 tbsp Italian seasoning

6 cherry tomatoes halved

2 tbsp garlic paste

1 lemon juice


Step 1

1 Start cooking the Penne noodles in water and cook Al Dente (about 10 minutes). Heat griddle to low on one side and high on the other. Chunk up chicken and add oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic paste and juice of 1/2 lemon.

Step 2

2 Chop up onion and half cherry tomatoes. Add some oil to the low side and add onions. Add chicken to the high side, 425-450 degrees.When both are done, cut high side to low and mix onions and chicken together. Add Penne noodles, red peppers and spinach. When spinach is wilted add salad dressing & 1/2 parm. When all mixed and hot, add cherry tomatoes and mix. Remove from griddle and add rest of Parm.
