Pimento Cheese And Bacon Cheeseburgers

Pimiento Cheese:

16 oz block cheddar cheese

8 oz block cream cheese, softened

1 jar pimentos, diced

1 /2 cup Dukes Mayo

1 /4 tsp cayenne (optional)

1 /4 tsp garlic powder

Cheese Burger:

5 slices bacon

5 burgers (5 6 oz)

1 Tbs Heifer Dust

5 slices American Cheese

5 Martins Potato Buns

3 tbsp Mayonnaise


5 slices Tomato



Step 1

1 Mix all Pimiento cheese ingredients together and set aside. Preheat griddle to med and cook bacon to your liking.

Step 2

2 When bacon is almost done, season burgers with Heifer Dust and put down on griddle and cook to your liking. Put buns down and toast. Add cheese to burger and then a tablespoon of pimiento cheese and cover to melt cheese.

Step 3

3 Remove buns and add mayonnaise and top with hamburger. Add a piece of bacon to the top and add condiments of your choice.
