Quick Easy Mustard Glazed Salmon and Yellow Squash

Simple yet amazing flavor from this salmon. Try it for yourself!



Ingredients:

4-5 Salmon Filets

Salt

Pepper

1-2 yellow squash, sliced

1 onion sliced

Mustard Glaze:

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 Tbs whole grain mustard

2 Tbs honey

2 Tbs horseradish




Directions:

 

1. Mix mustard glaze ingredients.  Let set for 30min.

 

2. Heat Blackstone on high heat.

 

3. Add oil to the griddle and add onion and yellow squash. Cover with a dome until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

 

4. Add oil to the griddle and add onion and yellow squash. Cover with a dome and cook 2-3 minutes. Stir and cover for another 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.

 

5. Season Salmon with salt and pepper on both sides. Lay salmon skin down, let sear for 2-4 mins.

 

6. Flip and let the flesh side cook for 2-4 mins.

 

7. Flip slamon again, smear mustard glaze on the flesh side, and flip back on flesh side to sear in the glaze for 1-2 mins.

 

8. Re-apply glaze, cover for 1-2 mins, and remove.

 

9. Enjoy!
