Yakisoba is a delicious Japanese noodle dish that is loaded with vegetables and goodness. The flavors are incredible and just may be your new favorite dish on the Blackstone griddle.
Ingredients:
Sauce:
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp ketchup
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
salt & pepper to taste
Yakisoba:
1/2 head cabbage, rough chopped
1 medium yellow onion, rough chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and cut into 2" sticks
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 bags Hokkein stir fry noodles (2 packages per bag)
1 lb. pork belly
4 green onions (scallions), sliced
Clarified butter

Directions:

1. Prep cabbage, onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and carrots. Mix sauce ingredients well in a small bowl. Remove the skin if it has it from pork belly. Cut pork belly into cubes. Preheat griddle to low/med.
Â
2. Put down some clarified butter to the griddle. Add the veggies to the middle of the griddle. Add salt and pepper to the vegetables and mix. Let them cook for 4-5 minutes turning every once in a while. When wilted down move over to the side of griddle and turn to low.

3. Add more clarified butter to the griddle and add the pork belly to the griddle. Season with Heifer Dust and cook till crispy flipping occasionally. To the other side of griddle lower heat to low. Add more clarified butter and put down the noodles. Add some water to the noodles. Work noodles till they are all separated.

4. When bacon is crispy, mix the vegetables and pork belly together then add the noodles and mix everything well. Add the sauce and mix well.

5. Put on a plate and garnish with green onions.
